– Job Seekers
Your email will not be sold, rented or given to any third party – unless you fill in an online resume where you will be asking employers to contact you with job offers. Only approved employers or who paid to post a job to CareersInGulf.com will be able to see your resume. You can also set your resume to be ‘anonymous’, so that employers will be able to see your contact details only AFTER you granted them access. You do not need to submit an online resume to use CareersInGulf.com, and you do not need to submit a resume to apply to jobs – we give you the option to choose.
Your resume will never be visible to Search Engines.
– Advertisers / Employers
Your email will not be sold, rented or given to any third party. When you post a job with an email address, then this email address will be displayed so that job seekers can send their applications (The email on the job posting can be different to the contact email that you may specify on the registration form). Your contact details and other information are only shown once you have posted a job. Any data which was was not submitted through the Posting form or the Profile form is kept strictly confidential.
– Cookies
This site uses a ‘session cookie’ so that users are able to log in and continue with normal operation of this site. The session cookie is only visible between you and www.CareersInGulf.com web server, and not shared with any other 3rd-party.
– Visitor Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to track visitors. Visitor usage patterns are then aggregated and any data that can be used for identification is anonymized. Please see Google’s privacy policy for more information.
– Usernames
Your username will not be shown to any other member of this web site except the Administrator
– Passwords
www.CareersInGulf.com encrypts your password before storing it in the database. This means that we cannot read your password, and your password will not be readable to others. When you sign in to our site, your password is used to compare it with the encrypted password, but you password is never saved to the database without encryption.

You are authorised to view and use the Site and the Services, provided it is for lawful purposes relating to seeking employment, information, or advertising solutions.
You may not use the Site for any other purposes to transmit, distribute, store or destroy any material posted on this Site. You ensure that any information that You send to CareersInGulf.com or to any advertiser, it is accurate and legal.
You are prohibited from:
- posting any material that may infringe any personal right, copyright, moral right, database right, trade mark, patent or any other intellectual right held by any party;
- posting any material that contains any viruses, worm or Trojan horse so as to cause any disruption to the Site;
- posting any material that contains any data, image or otherwise which is offensive, obscene or indecent or capable of being offensive, obscene or indecent;
- posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information, or information that is not your own;
- posting any franchise, pyramid scheme or setting up any other business opportunity.
Copyright and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for the job posts, photos, profiles (including your name, image, video, file), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the “User Content”). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that CareersInGulf.com may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of CareersInGulf.com violates this Agreement, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the CareersInGulf.com.
When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize and direct CareersInGulf.com to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You may remove your User Content from the Site at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that the Company may retain archived copies of your User Content. CareersInGulf.com does not assert any ownership over your User Content; rather, as between us and you, subject to the rights granted to us in these Terms, you retain full ownership of all of your User Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your User Content.
CareersInGulf.com does not grant any licence or other authorisation to any user of its trademarks, service marks, or other copyright works or intellectual property.
Privacy Statement and Data Protection
CareersInGulf.com follows strict privacy laws in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance, and follows security procedures for the storage and disclosure of information, which You have given to CareersInGulf.com. Any personal information that You provide will be treated as confidential information by CareersInGulf.com. Please note that any information that You provide to a third party will not be covered by CareersInGulf.com’s Privacy Statement.

Liability
CareersInGulf.com wants to provide as full a service as possible to recruiters posting job opportunities and services and for candidates posting CVs. CareersInGulf.com does not makes any checks as to the vacancies offered nor is CareersInGulf.com able to confirm the accuracy of information that any user provides.
CareersInGulf.com excludes all liability in connection with any information that is provided by both advertisers, recruiters and candidates.
CareersInGulf.com shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site has satisfactory functionality, however CareersInGulf.com cannot guarantee that the Site will be operational at all times, and as a result will not be liable for any failure or inability to provide a continuous, error free service.
CareersInGulf.com does not make any representation whatsoever about any job postings or advertisements, which are accessed through the Site or via a link to another website. CareersInGulf.com shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the material on this website is accurate, but cannot accept any liability for the same as CareersInGulf.com relies on information provided to it by third parties. CareersInGulf.com advises that You must satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any candidate, agency, employer or job found through the Site.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Terms or on the Site, CareersInGulf.com shall not have any liability to You in connection with the Agreement howsoever arising in respect of loss of profits or contracts or for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any increased costs or expenses.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CareersInGulf.com and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site and / or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms shall seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by CareersInGulf.com’s negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation made by CareersInGulf.com or any other statutory rights, which are not capable of being excluded.
CareersInGulf.com shall not be liable to You for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage to your computer systems or viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive methods, howsoever caused, resulting from use of the Site.
Termination
You agree that CareersInGulf.com has the right at any time to deny or restrict access to the Site or access to third party services. CareersInGulf.com shall not have responsibility to inform any third party providers of services of restricted or denied access.
General
No variation or alteration to the Terms are valid or have any effect.
The Terms shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede any previous agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Terms.
You may not assign any of your rights and obligations under the Terms.
Nothing in the Terms shall oblige CareersInGulf.com from discontinuing the Site or any other services provided through the Site at some future date.
If any of the provisions are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if the Terms had been executed with the invalid provision eliminated. In the event of a holding or invalidity so fundamental as to prevent the accomplishment of the purpose of the Terms the parties shall immediately commence good faith negotiations.
The Terms shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the Laws of UAE; and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment:
Different premium services are purchased and accessed from different pages on careersingulf.com.
All prices are in US dollars. All amounts payable by Customer must be received in full prior to commencement of Service.
Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard or any other card allowed by our 3rd party card processing partners.
Customer will be responsible for the payment of any present or future sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on careersingulf.com’s net income) applicable to the services hereunder. Amounts paid hereunder are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Any payments made through the Pay in Cash payment method will not be refunded regardless of the cause of termination or the party terminating the agreement. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and awarded at CareersInGulf.com’s sole discretion. All approved refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.No refund will be made for online delivered services e.g Candidate Database Access Plans, Subscriptions, Job Posting Credits already used.
Credit Card Information:
The details collected do not include credit card details of customers. All credit card information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
