**Job Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our burger restaurant! We are looking for two positions: Waiter and Chef, as well as a Branch Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure exceptional service.
### Waiter
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking orders and answering menu questions.
– Handle opening and closing shifts efficiently.
– Act as a runner, delivering food and beverages to tables promptly.
– Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a burger restaurant.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
### Chef
**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare high-quality meals, focusing on our burger specialties and new recipes.
– Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
– Handle opening and closing kitchen procedures.
– Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.
– Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a streamlined dining experience.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant, especially in burger cuisine.
– Knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation.
– Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes quickly.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
### Branch Supervisor
**Responsibilities:**
– Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of service and food quality.
– Train and supervise staff to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction.
– Handle customer inquiries, and feedback, and resolve conflicts professionally.
– Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts.
– Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to handle operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
