Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain produc and answer queries effectively.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Meet dai call and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic or Filippino is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge.
