Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the sales office, administratively and sales.
Study the competitive advantages of the company’s products / services in detail compared to the products and services of competitors.
Implementing the sales policies and systems, conditions and prices, work procedures and instructions approved by the company’s management.
Preparing his sales plan and strategies for achieving it and submitting it to the department manager.
Preparing a group of clients authorized to deal with and collecting the necessary information about them about their previous dealings with the company and competitors, and seeking out their experiences on those dealings.
Building documented relationships with his clients and those close to him for the company.
Supplying the head of the company with feedback on customer satisfaction.
Preparing special reports on market requirements, competition position, and customer word of mouse.
Managing the sales office expenses budget in light of the planned budget for its administration.
Building an information base in his field of work to help in decision-making, and presenting its most important analysis and results to his boss every quarter.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing the sale of a sales team to real estate companies with at least 7 years of experience.
Higher qualification appropriate to the nature of the work.
Leadership training courses.
Effective sales skills.
Methods of managing positive dialogue.
Methods of excellence in customer service, methods of effective negotiation.
Methods of writing sales reports, principles of positive interactions, and methods of persuasive speech.
