As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Position: Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, and manage correspondence.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage reservations and cancellations in a timely manner.
Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
