People Management | May have delegated accountability for leading projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Allocates tasks, checks the work, and coordinates / supervises the daily activities of a fixed task / single initiative / project-based team, and provides feedback on their performance. Provides recommendations on resourcing (people) requirements for specific projects in the Region to more senior team members, and can influence decisions.May provide informal guidance to graduates or interns (not a job requirement). |
