Lawyer

 

  1. Revising and managing various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
  2. Drafting bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc….
  3. Conducting legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
  4. Drafting legal opinions and legal research.
  5. Following up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly to the company’s activity.
  6. Filing and keeping the legal department documents (archive).

 

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Law (English section preferably ).

– From 1 to 2 years of Experience.

– Excellent command of reading, written, and spoken English.

– Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
