Insurance Customer Service in Sharjah
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative in Sharjah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating, adhering to, and implementing our Group Risk Management and Insurance Manual. Your responsibilities will include gathering and compiling updated information, as well as preparing declarations of underwriting details.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drafting and preparing Requests for Quotations related to insurance tenders.
– Evaluating insurance tenders and ensuring compliance with company policies.
– Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication regarding insurance matters.
– Maintaining accurate records of all insurance-related information and transactions.
– Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance sector, is preferred.
– Strong analytical and organizational skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Proficient in MS Office and familiar with insurance software.
