Are you well-versed with UAE Labour law, and can manage multiple tasks on the go? If so, we want you to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East as HR Generalist in our Contract Staffing Team.

Job Overview
– Your role will be to deliver exceptional service to Manpower Associates, managing the end-to-end process of Associates management and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks. In this role, you will be the primary HR contact for all Associates, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
– Your day-to-day activities will involve:
– Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring new hires have the correct documentation, tools and resources they require.
– Process and administer contracts, visa, medical insurance and letters.
– Serve as the first point of contact for associates, addressing questions, concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including expenses, timekeeping, attendance, and performance documentation.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in an HR role in the UAE
– Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor law
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across various levels.
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
