The Human Resources Business Associate is responsible for leading the deployment of key HR initiatives and candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Grow our Championship Culture – through talent development, process improvement, and high employee engagement by connecting with employees
• Act as a Trusted Advisor – by coaching leaders at all levels of the organization with confidence and credibility.
• Specific Accountabilities could include:
  • HR Business Partner for functional client groups
  • Project lead for change management initiatives
  • Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development and execution
  • Led initiatives around annual process management (e.g. performance management cycle), workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, etc.
