Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bathroom amenities.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and stored properly.
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a housekeeping attendant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
