Junior Graphic Designer

Position key responsibilities

The role requires you to work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with multiple other stakeholders from different departments to expand on our identity and bring a fresh perspective to help tell our story in new and creative way.

Become fully compliant and adhere to Edenred’s global guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand

Collaborate with the marketing team and own the process of creating the concept all the way to developing full-fledged campaigns for a wide variety of digital media including social media, content pieces like whitepaper, leaflets and blog articles, emails, sales decks, collateral, case studies and external videos

Update the visual assets on the website and landing pages as well as create product illustrations in the form of static and animated creative

Liaise with 3rd party agencies to support or lead in the ideation and production of key online and offline visual assets including outdoor, display ads and exhibition stands.

Able to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects; a team player able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills.

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs

Ability to work methodically and meet deadline

Requirements to apply

Professional skills:

° Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro

° Experience in product softwares as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or Invision Studio.

° Expertise in HTML and CSS preferred

° Must have experience in GIF animation and video editing

° Proficient in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

° Experience in After Effect is preferable

° Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand identity principles.

° Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and details

° Team player who is able to build and maintain close relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

° Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability

° Regularly updates colleagues and management on these trends and makes recommendations for new activities.

° Create social media calendars and plan roll out.

° Basic copy writing skills for official social media channels.

° Tracks content creation/social media campaigns and opportunities. Reviews and compiles social media statistics and reports to generate measurable outcomes of online activities.
