Customer Service Representative


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To collect customer information and analyze their needs and requirements

Resolving customer queries or complaints in coordination with different departments.

The candidate shall be recording customer information and details.

To interact with customers, answering customer inquiries and effectively handling customer complaints.

Responsible for following up customer orders and payments.

The candidate shall professionally act as a point of contact between clients and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to identify and solve problems.

Good communication and interactive skills.

Required candidates should be with at least 1-2 years experience in the same role.

Excellent customer care service skills.

Should have good market and product knowledge.

Must be flexible and ready to work in second shift.

Should be confident, honest and trustworthy.

Salary 3501-4000 AED.
