Requirements:

Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
