During your tenure as a Senior Consultant in Software Development, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Efforts: Direct and guide the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based applications and services.
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects to define the architecture and design of new applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks. Implement and enforce coding guidelines.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Project Management: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure that all development activities are aligned with project goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications. Optimize code for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Technology Stack Management: Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and tools. Recommend and implement new technologies that improve the development process.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment: Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
