Duties/Responsibilities of Position:
Installation of structures or fixtures such as windows, siding, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using hand or power tools per plan, drawings and to current relevant building code

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF Carpenter (Rough + Finish)
Prepare wood structures for finishing by shaping and trimming with hand or power tools
Take measurements to develop suitable layout for a fixture
Assemble wooden components to fabricate useful structures such as desks, shelves and other office and home furniture.
Carry out cost and quantity estimates of raw materials required for a finishing project
Select choice materials needed for the tweaking of wooden fixtures
Repair, build, and install cabinets for new and refurbished homes/offices including repair or rectification of existing wall and ceiling due to electrical and mechanical works.
Carry out measurement and installation of wooden floorings
Provide service preparation for woodwork for varnishing and staining
Guide and direct the activities of interns and trainee finish carpenters
Implement safety and health regulations during work operations to ensure environmentally friendly and safe structure
Level and shim door frames during a door hanging process
Install and repair trim on windows, baseboards, and mantels.
Operates portable electric hand machines/power tools related to finishing carpentry works.
Reports to different work sites to complete required tasks/projects
Delivers quality, efficiency, productivity and safe work practices
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a clean environment
Constructs, remodels, retrofits and repairs interior and exterior structures

Job Description HVAC Mechanic
Principal Responsibilities
1. Under direct supervision, installs HVAC system inclusive of Duct Work, Outdoor Compressors, Indoor Evaporators, DX and Chilled Water Line installation, testing and starting, Insulate to specifications and can troubleshoot control systems.
2. Complete responsibility for performing skilled work in the installation, repair and inspection of the HVAC equipment including chiller and building controls systems.
3. Assists in the selection of tools and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
4. Reads and interprets plans, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and codes in order to make
decisions for action.
5. Estimates materials to complete a project or maintenance task and furnish the
information to the supervisor.
6. Maintains and provides information for preventative maintenance records.
