Some of the solution verticals:
1) 3D Smart Hospital that can visualise patient health and IoT health care devices in real time
2) 3D Smart Infrastructure visualisation- floor by floor view, heat map and walk through to monitor building management system like security cameras, fire alarms system, door access, and more.
3D Smart City Visualisation: In depth zoom in, overlay with google earth map, 3D Navigation and so much more.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information technology, Electronics or some related field
· CCNA certification
· CCNP certification
· CSE certifications
· Juniper Certifications
· Certifications in advanced security, voice, wireless, and video solutions.
· Experience in VMS, Pism and IoT Networks
Responsibilities:
· Business development activities to build Fortune 1000 pipeline and maximize revenue.
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Cold Calling potential clients
· Designing sales deck and sales pitches
· Documentation and maintaining meeting minutes
· Develop and execute sales plans and coordinate sales efforts to achieve new customer revenue and existing customer expansion goals (i.e. driving renewal revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction).
· Generate leads and actively cold call
· Pre-call research through close including presentation preparation for all stages of the sales cycle.
· Meet or exceed defined sales goals through strategic account planning, networking and use of company resources.
· Assist clients in developing the business case and value proposition for proposed solutions.
· Lead and manage Nxgen response to RFP/RFI projects.
· Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and product usage trends.
· Track and maintain all prospect and client activity in our CRM system.
· Maintain collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders to insure proper execution of opportunities and coverage at key accounts.
· Develop a thorough competency of Nxgen’s software solution, with an eye on the business value within client’s organization.
· Develop relationships and ongoing cooperation with territory eco partner resources.
· Additional tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills:
· A strong understanding of routing protocols, LAN protocols, and WAN protocols.
· Creates account strategies through knowledge of customers’ general business needs.
· Understanding of industry and financial trends impacting company and/or customers; identifies the organizational structure and functions within a business.
· Knowledge of competitor tactics, product/service offerings, and strategies; translates competitor performance and actions into implications for business in territory.
· Ability to use negotiation techniques in complex situations; recognizes the potential impact of negotiation proceedings on the business; gains consensus from involved parties.
· Solid decision-making skills recognizing customers at risk prior to impact on business; identifies resolution to basic customer issues and recommends solutions.
· Establishes and maintains contacts with all decision makers and influencers within customer organizations; builds relationships to further understand customer’s business and objectives.
Professional Qualifications
· Proven track record of selling against quota with experience closing new business
· Business to Business sales experience
· Minimum 5 years of security industry sales experience
· Minimum 5 years selling into the Strategic / Key Account (end-user) community
· Competent IT technical skills
· Excellent presentation skills in small, medium and large audience environments
· Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
· Excellent relationship management skills
· Demonstrated follow up skills and closing experience
· Experienced expense, travel, and time management skills
· Knowledge of CRM Softwares
