**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Deliver outstanding service in line with Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Standards of Performance.
– Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
– Support waitstaff in serving food and beverages, taking orders, and addressing guest inquiries.
– Demonstrate flexibility by rotating through various sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed.
– Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of hygiene.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
