Key job responsibilities
As a key link between on-ground operations and Last Mile stakeholders’ teams you will help to drive innovation, test new ideas and ensure that best practice is being followed.
1. Six key areas that you’ll always focus on include Safety, People, Quality and Customer Experience, Productivity, Costs and Environment.
2. You will be expected to identify and share a best-in-class process across each of these pillars and raise the bar on customer experience. As a front-line leader, you will be a main point of contact for Amazon ground operations, Program manager and DSP Partners, requiring excellent soft skills. Through these relationships, you will invent new strategies that will help improve our DA, customer, and delivery experience.
3. Due to the fast-paced nature of this business segment, it is expected that you will be able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment, communicating and interacting with your direct manager on a daily basis.
4. You are expected to be a subject matter expert on all Last Mile processes, executing and tracking towards program KPI goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
